Common Questions

How do I change my subscription?

KataFit Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open your iPhone's Settings → Tap your name → Subscriptions → KataFit. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade from there.

How do I delete my account?

Open the KataFit app → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent: your account, plans, and fitness data are removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple.

Why isn't my plan loading?

Plans typically generate within 30–60 seconds. If you've waited longer, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us with your account email and we'll investigate.

Can I use KataFit without a subscription?

KataFit offers a free tier with limited plan generation. KataFit Pro unlocks unlimited generation and regenerations. You can try Pro and cancel at any time through Apple's subscription settings.

Is KataFit suitable for beginners?

Yes. Tell us your experience level during onboarding and we'll calibrate the plan accordingly. We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.

Can I work with a human coach?

Yes. KataFit offers access to a marketplace of certified human coaches for personalized 1-on-1 guidance. Visit our website to learn more.
